10 Ways to Manage Stress
These are my top 10 ways to manage stress and just a quick glimpse.
- Think positive. Attitude is everything.

2. Motivate others. Catch them, praise them, and say thank you.
3. Take a break. Remove yourself, take a walk, read a book.
4. Share the load. Trying to do everything yourself is one of the main causes of stress.
5. Relax. Find a method that works for you such as meditation, deep breathing, visual imagery.
6. Employ the lifeboat theory. Identify your support systems and learn to prioritize.
7. Play. Choose your fun – a movie, sport, other activity.

8. Stay healthy. Get enough rest, practice relaxation, exercise regularly, eat healthy.
9. Balance your time.

10. Wrap up. Bring closure to your day and plan for tomorrow. You can do this with a journal.
