The Sun

The Sun…..

Kalaho’onani – loosely translated means “Here comes the beautiful sun” and in a more spiritual reference “Son”. It is a constant reminder of renewal and new beginnings. It brings warmth and energy to fill each day. And sometimes it is just enough to sit and feel the sun – not think, not write, just be. I have been blessed to live in a place where the sun gives a special touch to the natural beauty that surrounds us. It brings an intensity to the colors and shapes of our environment, the brightness of the blue in sky and sea, the crisp green outline of our majestic mountains, and the rainbow of color in our flowers. Thank you, Creator, for this gift!
