When the Well Runs Dry
My day job has been so busy lately I am finding it a challenge to keep plugged in to my creative spirit and inspiration for this blog, so looking for ways to fill the well again. Have you ever felt like that? I go to my reserve of inspirational books and quotes to see if there is a gem that will turn on the creative juices again. So here are today’s wise words on being creative.

“Creativity come from trust. Trust your instincts.” ~ Rita Mae Brown
“It’s like driving a car at night. You never see further than your headlights, but you can make the whole trip that way.” ~ E.L. Doctorow
” Any creativity becomes creative when the doer cares about doing it right, or doing it better.” ~ John Updike
” The chief enemy of creativity is good taste.” ~ Pablo Picasso
“In order to have a real relationship with our creativity, we must take the time and care to cultivate it.” ~ Julia Cameron
“Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes and having fun.” ~ Mary Lou Cook

I would love to hear how you replenish your well when it runs dry.
Until next time…
